About Akasha Magia
If you feel called to understand the heart behind this work, you can begin here.
Sometimes the path begins with a quiet feeling that there is more.
More depth. More honesty. More connection to what is true.
You may have already explored healing, self-awareness, or personal growth.
And yet, something essential may still feel just out of reach.
If something here feels true for you, allow yourself to stay curious about where it may lead.

The Path That Brought Me Here
My path into this work began as a seeker, during a time when my world felt fractured and I was searching for meaning beneath the surface of life. Even in that uncertainty, there was a quiet knowing that more was possible. That something deeper was waiting to be understood.
My inner exploration began there. Not as an easy path, but as an honest one. Facing my own shadows and inherited patterns became some of the most challenging and transformative experiences of my life. This journey led me into years of exploration across spiritual traditions, embodiment practices, and deep personal inquiry.
India became a profound turning point, where devotion, discipline, and ancient wisdom reshaped how I came to understand healing, not as something to achieve, but as something to embody. This work is not something I simply learned. It is something I have devoted myself to living.
“I hold spaces with the same presence, honesty, and care that continue to shape my own path.”
Akasha Magia
Through years of practice, study, and personal transformation, I came to understand something simple:
Healing is rarely about fixing what is broken. It is about learning how to stay. To stay present. To stay honest. To stay connected to ourselves.
My devotion is to holding spaces where this kind of honesty becomes possible. Spaces where nothing needs to be performed, forced, or perfected. Only witnessed. Only felt. Only integrated.
I do not see myself as someone who heals others. I see myself as someone who holds spaces where people remember how to meet themselves.
The Foundations Behind My Work
This path has taken me across diverse traditions, teachers, and sacred spaces, guided by a sincere commitment to understanding healing through direct experience. As a Mexican woman, my roots have shaped my connection to ancestral perspectives, while my years studying and practicing in India deepened my understanding of contemplative traditions and embodied spirituality.
My work is supported by certified training, lineage study, ongoing mentorship, and years of embodied practice, all grounded in a personal commitment to walking the path I guide others through. These influences shape the integrity, presence, and depth with which I hold the spaces I offer.
This includes training and practice in:
✧ Embodiment practices through Yoga (200-hour teacher training), Yin Yoga TTC, and somatic awareness.
✧ Shadow integration, meditation, and deep inner inquiry practices.
✧ Feminine wisdom traditions and Shakti-based embodiment work.
✧ Breathwork, pranayama, and nervous system regulation practices.
✧ Ceremonial facilitation, Reiki energy work, and ritual space holding.
✧ Sound healing and vibrational therapy practices.
✧ Trauma-informed and integrity-based space holding.
✧ Ayurvedic lifestyle and holistic healing principles.
The Way I Hold This Work
Through both my personal journey and the spaces I have held, I have come to see that most people are not searching for more information. They are searching for a space where they can be real. Where they do not need to perform healing. Where nothing needs to be rushed or forced.
My approach is rooted in a simple understanding: Transformation does not happen through pressure. It happens through safety. Through honesty. Through presence.
I do not see healing as fixing what is broken. I see it as remembering. Remembering the parts of yourself that were never lost. Remembering the strength beneath survival. Remembering the wisdom already within you.
This work is not about becoming someone new. It is about returning to yourself with more awareness, compassion, and capacity to hold your full human experience.
The people who usually find their way here are not looking for another method. They are looking for a space where they can finally exhale.
If this resonates, you may find yourself naturally at home in the spaces I hold.
This work may resonate with you if...
- You feel a sincere desire to understand yourself more deeply, not from a place of fixing, but from truth.
- You may have already explored therapy or spiritual practices, yet sense another layer waiting to be integrated.
- You are self-aware, yet sometimes feel disconnected from your body or inner clarity.
- You are not looking for quick answers.
This work may support you if you are:
- Ready for deeper honesty
- Open to embodiment, not just insight
- Willing to explore gently rather than force change
- Drawn to depth rather than intensity
- Seeking integration rather than more information
This work may not be for those seeking fast transformation or someone to provide all the answers. But if something in you is asking for a more honest relationship with yourself, you may find support here.

Ways to begin
If you feel resonance here, there are different ways to begin.
You may start with a group container, where shared experience becomes part of the integration. You may feel drawn to a more personal space, where your process can unfold with individual support. Or you may simply begin by experiencing a practice and allowing clarity to emerge naturally.
There is no pressure to know everything now. Only an invitation to follow what feels like a sincere next step. If it resonates, that is enough to begin.
